Diane brings a wealth of skill and professionalism to APR. Having lived and worked in Santa Clara County since the 1950s she has seen the orchards give way to progress and growth. Diane worked in the high tech industry in Palo Alto before there was a Silicon Valley. She lived for several years in Orange County, but returned to ôthe valley surrounded by hillsö that she missed. Her years in the corporate world gave her a wide variety of skills which have been invaluable to her career in real estate.

As a full-time realtor since 1986 Diane has been consistently recognized as a top producer. She feels the key to a smooth transaction is an agent who is knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and who can solve the frequent unexpected problems. An agent must be efficient, organized, creative and sensitive to the needs of clients, in addition to being in touch with a varied marketplace. As a result of her success she has continuous business from former clients. One client wrote ôFrom the day we first met her until the present, Diane Chandler has been far more than a realtor doing a job. She has become a trusted friend that we would highly recommend to anyone in need of a realtor to list or buy.ö

Whether representing a buyer or seller, DianeÆs priority is educating her clients to enable them to make well-informed decisions. Mutual trust and communication allow her clients to be hands-on during the entire process.

She is currently a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.

Diane has earned a reputation among her colleagues for honesty, integrity and loyalty. Add to this her dedication to continuing education and you have a real estate agent you can depend on to help make your dreams come true.
